Oregon Medical Board CME Requirements

Annual State CME Requirements for Oregon

  • 60 total hours every 2 years
  • 60 AMA, AOA, APMA or AAPA Category 1 Credits
  • 6 Pain Management And/Or Treatment of the Terminally Ill

60 hours of continuing medical education (CME) per two years relevant to the licensee's current medical practice, or 30 hours of CME if licensed during the second year of the biennium. Any six hours of CME AMA PRA Category I on pain management or end-of-life care are required as well.
