Federal Requirements 

✔️Eligibility – Valid state medical license and authorization to prescribe controlled substances
✔️Application – Complete DEA registration
✔️Training – One-time 8-hour opioid/substance use course (available in Med-Challenger's State Required CME course)
✔️Background Check – Screen for drug related felonies
✔️Security – Prevent theft/diversion
✔️Records & Reporting – Track dispensing and report suspicious activity
✔️Renewal – Compliance review every 3 years

State Requirements

✔️Licensing – Exams, training, ongoing development
